SHIPPING 

Please double check your mailing address when placing your order. We can not be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address that we received when order was placed. We also are not responsible for where the package is left by the handler. 

*Please note that this is a small business operation and we do our best to put much thought, love and careful attention to ensure high-quality products that best serve you. Thank you for your understanding!

US ORDERS

All orders shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fedex. Although rare, I will do everything in my power to mitigate any items that may have been damaged in transit. Once the tracking indicates the product was delivered, we will not be responsible for lost items. Please inquire if expedited shipping is needed. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are not available through the site, but if you'd like to purchase a specific piece from outside of the US, please email artbysarahhelms@gmail.com for shipping costs. 

Please note that for international orders, any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All paintings and prints are final sale. Paintings and prints must be checked upon delivery. If your piece comes damaged, please email artbysarahhelms@gmail.com with a picture. We do our utmost best to ensure safe packaging!

ARTWORK OWNERSHIP

I retain all rights to the artwork I create. This includes sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to create reproductions of any and all artwork that I create.

The collector (or buyer) may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. When a collector purchases a painting, they have the right to display the artwork in their home or business.
